Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a printout of your authorization email.

  Ship the Items

  Send your package to our designated return center using a tracked shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
